Vastitch will proceed operations as normal - All our products are shipped from the US as usual.

 

Shipping Times: 

All our products are produced and shipped from the USA. How long shipping may take depends on where you are from. To make it easy for you, the details below can help you estimate:

  • USA: 2-4 business days
  • Canada: 6-10 business days
  • Australia: 10-20 business days
  • Mexico: 10-20 business days

 

Production Times:

We create products as ordered. It takes about 4-7 business days to create our products then add shipping times on top of that

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less. Basically, we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.

 

 

Returns:

We stand behind our products and offer a 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item(s) in new condition within 60 days after delivery for a prompt refund, less shipping.

All items must be in new (mint) condition. Returned items cannot show evidence of use or wear, dirt, or blemishes of any kind. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and should include a receipt.

If 60 days have gone by from the date order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team before returning any product at support@vastitch.com, or you can simply let us know by Clicking on this link - and we will be ready to help.

Wrong size & Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong size or want to exchange to another variant? Just contact us at and we will get you the correct size or the other Variant as quickly as possible.

Damaged Product:

Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case you do not need to return the item. You can keep it. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email here - Support@vastitch.com

In the email just state your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If it has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment. Normally, you will receive the refund within 3-4 business days.

 


Production & environment:

Our apparel are created on demand and cut & sewn by hand, which means that once you order, the printing process starts.

We create products as ordered, thus, ensuring we are not left with a pile of waste from old collections that are eventually thrown away as normally seen in traditional apparel stores.

We do this because we want to be a sustainable company while ensuring quality products for you. Vastitch use the best quality materials in the business to ensure a great end product that we are proud of.

 

A few facts about Vasttich's environmental efforts:

  • Our facility in North America is based close to where our customers are. This means that we can ship products faster and cut the shipping distances resulting in less air and water pollution.

 

  • The inks we use for producing our leggings are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. We take care to dispose of any left-over ink according to our supplier guidelines so we’re not harming the environment.

 

  • We use local labour to help the local community around our production facility and also ensure the quality of our products.
