General Return Guidelines:
a. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. b. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. c. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns Without Restocking Fee:
a. We allow returns for the following reasons:
i. Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
ii. Incorrect product: If we have shipped you an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
b. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund, a replacement product, or a store credit, as per your preference.
Returns with Restocking Fee:
a. For returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors, a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
b. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting the product, repackaging, and restocking it for future sale.
c. The restocking fee will be applied in the following situations (but not limited to): i. Change of mind: If you have simply changed your mind about the product and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
ii. Unwanted gifts: If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
d. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount when processing the return.

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide a return authorization if required, and assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
c. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities.
d. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund, deducting the restocking fee if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 days.
a. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
i. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or any item with an expiration date.
ii. Personalized or custom-made products.
iii. Intimate or sanitary goods, such as swimwear, underwear, or hygiene products. b. If you receive any of the above items in a defective or damaged condition, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
- Please note that returns shipped separately can't be returned into one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the return into the same package will slow down the process of refund/store credit, so please package them separately.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please review our exchange policy outlined below:
Eligibility for Exchange: We accept exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. The item(s) must be eligible for exchange as per our return/exchange policy.
Condition of Exchanged Items: The exchanged item(s) must be in the same new and unused condition as when originally received. If the item(s) being exchanged are not in satisfactory condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. If the returned item is deemed not in good or saleable condition, we will return the item back to the address indicated in your order ID.
Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this timeframe, exchanges may not be accepted.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Exchange Options: Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. If the desired item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, including any additional payment required.
Exchange should be for the same item in a different size. Exchanges for different designs, colors, or styles are not permitted under this policy.
Exclusions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons, such as intimate apparel, and swimwear. Additionally, customized or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We only accept requests for one-time exchanges. We are unable to accommodate another exchange request if you still didn't like the exchange item you received.
We strive to process exchanges in a timely manner. Once we receive the item(s) being exchanged and verify that they meet the exchange policy requirements, we will process the exchange and ship the requested item(s) to you.
IMPORTANT: Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a VASTITCH item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not VASTITCH.
