1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our apparel are created on demand and cut & sewn by hand, which means that once you order, we start producing your products.
It takes 2-7 business days to create your order but most orders are created within 3 business days. Add shipping times on top of that.

2. I see that I ordered the wrong size, how can I change this?
You can request for a size change but please let us know as quickly as possible as we usually start processing orders within 12 hours once it enters our system. Send us an email here and make sure to include your order number and size you would like to change your order to. We will let you know exactly how this is done the easiest way.
3. I used the wrong shipping address, can I still change it?
Yes, you can but you have to be fast in letting us know. As soon as we have shipped your product, we can no longer change the shipping address of the order. If you have placed an order with the wrong address, send us an email here.
4. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can.
5. How much will the shipping cost be?
The standard shipping fee is $4.95 only. If you place an order for over $100, we will cover the shipping cost for you.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, & Discover) and PayPal.
7. How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed and shipped, a shipping notification will be sent automatically to your registered email address with the tracking number.
8. I changed my mind and would like to cancel my order, can I do this?
Yes, we do offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee. This means that up to 60 days after you received your order, if you for any reason, is not happy with your purchase, we will take it back. We do not take back products that have been used. If you would like to return your items, simply let us know here. Make sure to include the order number and the email address used to place the order.
9. What is your return policy?

10. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we accept bulk orders and give you the corresponding discount. Check out our Wholesale page here.
11. Where are your products manufactured?
It depends on your country of residence. We have facilities in USA, Europe and Mexico. Where it's made depends on what factory is closest to you.
12. What material are your leggings & capris made of?
Our leggings and capris are made of 82% polyester and 18% spandex. They come with an elastic waistband and all our seams are double stitched so you LITERALLY can not tear them apart.
