1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our apparel are created on demand and cut & sewn by hand, which means that once you order, we start producing your products.
It takes about 4-7 business days to create our products then add 2-4 days shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less. Basically, we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
2. I see that I ordered the wrong size, how can I change this?
You can request for a size change but please let us know as quickly as possible since we usually process orders within 12 hours once it enters our system. Send us an email here and make sure to include your order number and size you would like to change your order to. We will let you know exactly how this is done the easiest way.
3. I used the wrong shipping address, can I still change it?
Yes, you can - but you have to be fast in letting us know. As soon as we have shipped your product, we can no longer change the shipping address of the order. If you have placed an order with the wrong address, send us an email here.
4. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can.
5. How much will the shipping cost?
The standard shipping fee is $4.95 only. If you place an order for over $100, we will cover the shipping cost for you.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, & Discover) and PayPal.
7. How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed and shipped, a shipping notification will be sent automatically to your registered email address with the tracking number.
8. I changed my mind and would like to cancel my order, can I do this?
Yes, we do offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee. This means that up to 60 days after you received your order, if you for any reason is not happy with your purchase, we will take it back. We do not take back products that have been used. If you would like to return your items, simply let us know here. Make sure to include the order number and the email address used to place the order.
9. What is your return policy?

10. Do you offer volume discounts?

11. Where are your products manufactured?
For all orders in the United States, Canada, and Australia, our products are produced at our facility in the United States.
