1. How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes 3-8 business days to create your order but most orders are created within 3 business days. Add shipping times on top of that.

2. I see that I ordered the wrong size, how can I change this?

You can request a size change, but please let us know as quickly as possible since we usually start processing orders within 12 hours once it enters our system. Send us an email here and make sure to include your order number and the size you would like to change your order to. We will respond asap.


3. I used the wrong shipping address, can I still change it?

Yes, you can but you have to be fast in letting us know so we can change it in the system before it ships out. Once we've shipped your product, we can, of course, no longer change the shipping address of the order. If you placed an order with the wrong address, send us an email here.


4. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

 Yes, we can.


5. How much will the shipping cost be?

The standard shipping fee is $5.95. If you place an order over $130, we'll cover the shipping cost for you.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, & Discover) as well as ShopPay, GPay, MetaPay, Venmo and PayPal.


7. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is processed and shipped, a shipping notification will be sent automatically to your registered email address with the tracking number.


8. I changed my mind and would like to cancel my order, can I do this?

Yes, you have 12 hours from the moment of purchase to cancel your order. Contact our customer support team immediately at support@vastitch.com. Make sure to include the order number and the email address used to place the order.


9. What is your return policy?

10. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we accept bulk orders and give you the corresponding discount. Contact us at admin@vastitch.com for wholesale inquiries.


11. Where are your products manufactured?

It depends on your country of residence. We have facilities in North America and Europe, so if you're ordering from the USA or Canada they are produced in North America.
